West Allis Downtown

Dianne & Emily are amazing! They truly care about downtown West Allis and the businesses located in the heart of downtown West Allis. They are so full of knowledge and helpful advice. If they don't know, they make sure to find out. They are always willing to lend a helping hand. I also love that they think outside the box and realize not everyone's needs are the same. They are a great asset to downtown and all the businesses.

West Allis always made sense to open my first business in. The location is convenient for our guests. The city is warm, supportive and always helpful. It was never a question it just always felt right.

An excellent resource for the people of West Allis. This district is a great advocate for the city and I'm excited to see what transformations they have planned.

Thanks to the DWA Economic Development Committee's help, I am getting my place rented faster than expected. Without their help, it probably would be vacant yet. 

Great organization lead by a very professional, yet down to earth staff. Every event I have participated in is fun and well organized. Christmas on the Ave., the October Car Show, and A la Carte are top notch! We go every year!

Just about 14 years ago I was approached by the Downtown West Allis BID about possibly moving into the downtown from my then location on National Avenue. It was the smartest business decision I ever made. My walk-in business increased by 300 %, along with much greater exposure to the general public. The BID not only worked with me then, they continue to do so now. I am extremely happy with my location and my continuing to work along with the BID

Very professional group of people who welcomed us to the Christmas on the Avenue event and made Friend Like Me feel more than welcomed. They helped us out with any questions we had and even helped us make sure our last minute float for the parade worked well and looked great! Can't wait for next the next event!
