WHY THE FEE?
Businesses located between 70th and 76th and Greenfield are automatically BID Members, which means they pay a special property tax which pays for our Organization's services. The annual fee of $300 allows businesses not in our BID District to receive the same marketing and promotion benefits as our members.
WHO CAN BE A FRIEND?
Any business can be a Friend of West Allis Downtown! We have members from all kinds of business types and cities!
I JOINED LATER IN THE YEAR? WILL I NEED TO PAY ANOTHER $300 NEXT YEAR?
Anyone who joins in June or later will not be asked to renew until December of the following year. For example, if you register in June of 2023, you will be asked to renew in December of 2024, giving you an 18 month membership.
